WHAT DO YOU SHIP YOUR JEWELRY IN All orders are shipped in a 3 Rexes logo box (may vary) with gift pouch. Earrings are shipped on a 3 Rexes jewelry card in a gift pouch (may vary).
SHIPPING IN USA 1-5 business days after payment is received (unless indicated differently in description. Ex. custom pieces). US shipping is by USPS Priority Mail + insurance, or FREE USPS First Class Mail + insurance. IN A RUSH? USPS Express Domestic Mail is guaranteed in 2 business days. This option is extra, so please contact me for a quote. California residents will pay sales tax, sorry!

RETURNS We have a 5 day return policy less shipping charges. Item(s) must be returned unworn in original condition and packaging (shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer). Buyer is responsible to return the item Insured for the full retail value and must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving the item. All Custom items are non-returnable. 4. Semi-precious stones can chip and crack, especially when they are exposed on a 365º band. Semi-precious stones are not hard like diamonds
WHAT KIND OF SILVER DO YOU USE 3 Rexes jewelry is hand cast from the highest quality "nickel-free" .925 sterling silver. Remember, silver is a softer metal than 14k & 18k gold. Silver can scratch and the bezels can bend if hit on a hard surface, loosening or causing the stones to fall out.
HOW DO I FIND MY RING SIZE It's best to have a jeweler size your finger. I ask that you please make 100% sure that you know your correct ring size before ordering. HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY Please avoid harsh soaps, oils and chlorine, which can discolor your silver and alter the antiqued patina on your piece.
