This was actually the second purchase from 3Rexes. My girlfriend loved the necklace, it was very unique. We had an issue with the chain so 3Rexes replaced it for us with no problems! After we got married, the necklace was stolen. I messaged Tara and she was very patient. She helped me create the perfect gift, again, and got it to me very quickly! I plan on purchasing from 3Rexes in the future.
